I can't seem to find it at my local grocery store.. unless I'm not looking hard enough…

I go to either Albertson's or Vons (I don't know if they're national supermarkets, but there are a lot of stores in the OC/LA area) or Costco wholesale.

Can I really find it there? Or is there some other store I should go to to find it?

I'm in So. CA and shop at Ralph's, von's and albertson's. I would try Ralph's first. It should be in the hot chocolate aisle. I drank it for years, but haven't looked recently.

I'm thinking of starting a chocolate and champagne fountain business, and was looking some advice. When i was reading up on the chocolate fountain it was saying that the best way to melt the chocolate was in a micowave, so do i buy a micowave and have it beside me when i'm working and also it also said that there was a risk the chocolate could burn, how do i make sure this doesn't happen (i don't want to mess up someones day)
Where is the best place to buy my fountains at. Any advice would be great, thanks

I have 3 diffrent kinds of cakes already included in the buffet dinner. I've gathered that the cake cutting/eating tradition is to signify the couple's first meal together and that it should be something sweet. Besides, doesn't the fountain look nice?

Some people love chocolate fountains, some hate them. I personally think they look like a fountain of poop. Also I have heard of caterers recycling old chocolate from one wedding and serving it again for another event- not sanitary. Also if any kids will be there, be prepared for chocolate to be ALL OVER EVERYTHING.

If that didn't warn you away, then go ahead and have one. You're not required to do the traditional wedding cake thing.
